Join Misfit Wellness in the Paddling Center at the Cleveland Boat Show on January 15th from 4:30 – 6. Coach Justin will be presenting “The Resilient Kayaker: Year-Round Training for Power & Recovery” followed by a functional strength course. The course is accessible to beginners and advanced athletes looking to maximize functional strength with a special eye towards those interested in paddling sports. Whether it’s your first season or fiftieth season on the water this class is for you!
