
Plans and Pricing
Packages can be cancelled any time. All subscriptions come with a welcome packet, invitations to exclusive Misfit Wellness social events, seminars, and experiences. All members can access the gym during Open Gym hours. All members must sign a waiver and are subject to our facility use policy. Prices listed exclude applicable taxes and processing fees.

| A Package of 3 One on One sessions to learn the basics and get comfortable with the gym environment. This is recommended, but not required before joining a group class. Or use it to trial a One on One Subscription |
| Small Group Classes |
| Hour long classes, limited to 6 Athletes. Choose from 3 class options: – Strength and Power Morning Class – Strength and Power Evening Class – Healing Through Strength. |
| One on One Coaching |
| 8 Individual Sessions Per Month. Customized Goals Customized Programming, updated weekly to grow with you. Ask about “Bring a Friend” Discounts! |

| Self-Directed Plan |
| A customized 12 week training program. Use our equipment during open gym hours, workout at home, or go to another gym! We will evaluate your goals, build you a roadmap for achieving them, and deliver you a program right to your mobile device. We provide weekly check-ins and mid program modifications to keep you strong and injury free. |
| One on One Drop In |
| Want to work on a particular skill or add on to your existing one on one package? Would you like to see what working with Misfit Wellness is all about? Schedule a One on One Drop In! This is a one hour private session and can include goal development, skill development and practice, or just a workout in a smaller setting. |

| Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 PM This class is designed and intended for trauma survivors. Improve your mind body connection and rediscover your inner strength and power in a safe space. |
