Q: What do I need to wear to the gym?
A: Wear whatever is comfortable for you to move around. In the wet and cold months, please bring a pair of shoes to change into to prevent gym mats from increased wear and tear. Cubbies, hooks, and shoe trays are available for you to store your belongings during your workout. Athletes are welcome to leave belongings in cubbies throughout the weeks if they wish.
Q: What if I need to refill my water bottle or I forget my water bottle?
A: There is a water cooler available to refill water or cups available for use as well as water bottles available for purchase.
Q: What if I need a snack after class?
A: There are small bars and drinks available for purchase. There are also great spots up and down Larchmere!
Q: Is there a space to change clothes?
A: Yes, there is a single-use bathroom on the lower level for folks to use as well as a separate changing room, hooks and free personal hygiene products.
Q: What if I am going to miss a class or a session?
A: As soon as you know, please notify Coach Justin at 330-367-7531.
Q: How will I know if a class or session is going to be canceled?
A: Misfit Wellness prides itself on being consistent and available. If however, there is an emergency or conflict, athletes will be notified via text message for any cancellations.
Q: I saw an upcoming seminar on the event calendar at the gym, do I need to register?
A: As a member, you are able to attend all Misfit Wellness Seminars for free! We do ask that you note your interest in order to provide an accurate count of attendees.
